My name is Marjorie Gabriel and I am a computer scientist that lives in Switzerland. My ethnicity is Haitian while I was born and raised in Canada. After spending years working in the US, I have moved to Switzerland where I have spend the last 15 years of my life. The mixture of experience from the Caribbean, North America, Europe combined with my traveling to Asia and Africa has brought in me this sense of belonging to the world. When will my order shipped ?
We aim to dispatch orders within 7 days. You must allow the standard shipping time from the date of dispatch – within Europe please allow 15 working days and outside the Europe it’s up to 35 working days. If you haven’t received your parcel after this time, please get in touch via the contact form at the bottom of this page
What forms of payment do you accept ?
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Visa debit, Mastercard, Maestro PayPal and American Express. All orders need to be placed online.

What should I do if my order has arrived damaged, incorrect or incomplete?

Why am I charged custom fees ?
If you are outside the EU, 0% tax is being charged as you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). QUO ARTEM has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
